Q1 ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A first academic degree at least eight years of work experience, including a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in an international work environment.

• Very good command of the English language (TOEIC test required).

Most EMBA students are juggling full-time jobs, families, and other commitments. On average, participants can expect to work approximately 20 hours per week outside of class. The ESSEC & Mannheim EMBA puts an important focus on projects which includes team deliverables - some of that time is spent collaborating each week with your team!

Since the beginning of the health crisis, the safety of the members of the ESSEC community has been our first priority. During this period, and despite the unprecedented nature of the situation, we have ensured the continuity of our activities and of online instruction. ESSEC continues to constantly adapt its response to the Covid-19 epidemic, in accordance with the recommendations of public authorities. For all of our Executive education programs, remote teaching remains the norm. However, access to the campus may only be permitted for courses with a strong experiential dimension in our Executive diplomas and customized programs. In these cases, dual teaching format is offered and return to face-to-face teaching can only be made up to a limit of 20% of the total program for each participant. Each classroom occupancy rate remains limited to 50 % of its total seating capacity.
