Accenture is a dog eat dog culture. It's up or out and there's little to no tolerance for anything but perfection. It also has its cliques. If you fail to fit into a privileged group early on, you're toast.

Most people will do most anything to stab you in the back to move up. The Firm says it wants gender equality but they are no where near their targets. The US CEO is a woman who joined as a lawyer and somehow got promoted to the CEO having zero consulting knowledge. It's hard to find anyone that can relate to her.

While the market is favorable to Accenture, if you ask folks inside the Firm, they say it's just smoke and mirrors. The culture in the Firm is awful, people are overworked and underpaid.
