When i was there, accenture paid above average comp to get above average employees. They were fair with the equity participation in their IPO.

Accenture is all about teamwork, collaboration and mutual success. This is what I like about this company. There was a competition aspect in the work process but it never jeopardized success of the project. I would call it healthy. Now I value it even more, after working in the industry where it is not the case.

Accenture is great place to work in many ways. However, it has a very strong hierarchy and internal practices - in good and bad. Individualism is not a good thing at Accenture (at least in Finland, not sure about other geographies)
