There are very few consultant roles. Thousands of roles carry the title "consultant", but they are mostly developers, sales reps, admins. So, if you want to become a consultant, you have to learn that elsewhere and then you can try to get into Accenture at partner level, where you do have an element of strategic IT consultancy (plus sales of basic IT services)
