Employee - Manager

Horrible working culture. Most employees are indirectly pushed to IT projects with metrics that only incentivize finding low cost high CCI work in IT.. largely offshored. Especially avoid working in India MC

Employee - Manager

1. Avoid management consulting especially in Financial Services. You are better off at say CAPCO 2. VERY POOR integrity amongst leadership. They openly lie and dupe Co workers which is part of the culture at Accenture. Having your boss from a target tier 1 b school doesn't necessarily make it a great place 3. Metrics and pressure to put you in charge of it projects that get offshored. That what makes em money and margins..so MC and the tech consulting business re not separated

Employee - Manager

Best perk is your base pay.. despite being a highly rated consultant you make like 10% hike . Health plans are good though

Employee - Manager

Aggressive in the market. Despite being an IT consulting firm they look to compete with the big 4 which is good

Employee - Manager

Decent market reputation

I belonged to a group called Capability Network. Its reputation is not very good in the market. They get low end KPO type work. They have non-MBAs as Partners who work with thier own whims and fancies. It was just horrible being there.

Employee - Manager

Its a ripoff company, has poor expertise and high rates. Most of the money goes to Partners, clients are massively overbilled, and jobs are obtained through relationships with CEOs

Employee - Manager

People on the outside think its good, people on the inside know its terrible.

Employee - Manager

Not enough work for mid-senior level managers currently.

Employee - Manager

They need to understand better what motivates their employees and ensure there is enough work to keep them on board long term.

Employee - Manager

Mature, diverse and intelligent people. A focus on building long term teams would be an improvement.

Employee - Analyst

More on implementation work rather than strategy

High Joining Bonus, otherwise base salary and bonus is at par with other industries

Employee - Associate/Consultant

They wont know who are the people working hard at ground level..

Employee - Associate/Consultant

I was paid 77,000K Annually for 10.5 years of Experience at accenture and my work location was california which was expensive and i started my career @accenture. Am very unhappy to tell my salary to my friends who work on other firms.

Employee - Manager

intelligent and well-rounded people, excellent benefits and opportunities

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

The best of the breed in the industry. Well ahead of their competitors.
