The firm is large enough to provide a variety of experiences in a multitude of industries and can allow you to progress in almost any area of business you desire.

Accenture pay scales are notoriously low, and I was told they justify this by investing in their employees' in-house training and other benefits. Overall, the compensation Accenture provides added to the experience/education you receive does not equate to that provided by other top tier consulting firms. Accenture is still a good experience overall.
