The Accenture senior leadership team were well experienced in their various specialities. They formed personal bonds with aspiring consultants like us, and were always available to guide us. Also, they encouraged us by having frequent review meetings with us to understand our career goals and assisted in helping us realize those goals.

Accenture has an open culture. For starters, everyone is on first name basis which isn't common for companies in Nigeria. People are very warm and ready to help. There are always different employee forums or means to meet and interact with people. As an intern, we were encouraged to have weekly interactive meetings where we discussed our challenges, and advised each other on how to improve. Also experienced colleagues were very friendly and encouraged us to ask questions. Birthdays and send-offs were also well celebrated by staff.
