Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Pay was satisfactory compensation but not great
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Employees were treated as assets rather than as individuals. This came across very clearly. It also was a political culture, where who you knew was more important than the quality of one's work.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Accenture has an overall positive reputation and is seen as a quality organization
Employee - Partner
Very collaborative however at Senior Manager and Managing Director levels is very look out for yourself culture given the few Takers rise to the most senior positions given their ability to take advantage of the majority that are focused on clients
Employee - Partner
Very mixed reputation in the buyer community and extremely negative in the Managing Director alumni network in Canada.
Employee - Manager
Too much politics and very high churn not related to performance but to internal inefficiencies.
Employee - Manager
Collaborative and innovative culture, enabled with technology.
Employee - Manager
Top tier consulting firm.

Felt like just a number. Army rank and file titles leave a lot to be desired.
Employee - Manager
Who are they? Clearly they didn't leave much of an impression. I don't even know who they are.
Employee - Manager
I think the methodologies are great. They are good at what they do. It is good for your resume. I felt like I went through the ringer and was spit out at the other side.
Employee - Manager
I think it is good. It had a great name and good brand. I think it is a great place to work in your 20s, but as soon as you want a family, stay far far away.

Used to be good place. Moved too large a portion of work offshore where tech jobs became project management positions with no tech training only offshore.

Anti-US

Salaries were lower than the other firms. Made money from per diem. Only top 10% of ranked rewarded and this was based on many things, but not always performance. If you left a project when your work was complete for the next project, the project team ranked people in practices remaining on project higher. It was rigged against specialities and for those generalists remaining on 1 project.
Employee - Manager
Diverse in nationality, gender, and age. Rank and file very respectful of others. Partners are less diverse and less respective of this diversity. Culture of career counseling where at manager level you were responsible for reviewing and mentoring counsellees who stayed with you for the duration. Training was a strong part of culture, but no longer invested in the US team as before.

Once great company with great culture and well trained work force, not so much anymore.
