Accenture is a great employer for graduating college students moving into their first professional role. It is also a great place for the HR world. Most of the roles are WAH except for the staffing roles where you work on site and travel 100% of the time. Great for millennials.

Although I liked working within an HR role with this company, they are not diverse and can't seem to keep minorities employed. They are usually the first ones laid off or sitting on the bench waiting for a project to come through.
