Employee - Manager

Great place to start or early consultant. Very hard for senior people as too big to fit into existing cliches and classes

Employee - Manager

It's all about getting /keeping clients, margins and utilization. Bring in the schoolbus projects encouraged.

Employee - Manager

Multiple goals from multiple leaders to achieve company, division, unit and personal triggers

Employee - Manager

Big projects had push to move tasks to India for quicker time to delivery and mass utilization. Local country experts support multiple projects

Employee - Manager

Very good in specific industry groups

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Accenture was probably the worst firm I've ever worked for. Their performance review process is entirely inaccurate and they give their employees no way whatsoever to disagree or challenge the accuracy of the annual performance reviews they receive. I've also noticed that they do not manage project fairly for their clients - they 'pack' analysts and other staff on projects to beef up their profit margins when they are simply not needed to get the job done. In fact, I can't remember a project when I did not see unnecessary staff members. Also, the managers are are not at all interested in teaching or sharing their expertise with junior staff - their was only one exception the entire time I was there and that manager left a short while after I did. In short, it's a hard firm to learn anything because 'development' is not part of the firm's culture. In short, I'd never go back to work for them no matter the pay grade. They simply burn you out.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

People who don't care about the needs of their employees and encourage divisive competition.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Compensation is lousy. Made a lot more money with the U.S. government and that should tell you something.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Flex time is available but it's looked down on when you use it so in my view people rarely use it. What's the point of offering something you don't 'really' want people to use?

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Divisive and non-collaborative. Also highly competitive but not in a good way.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

They think they are better than they are. The truth of the matter is that they simply peddle systems and software.

Employee - Analyst

It's like a lion without head, a completely kaos

Employee - Analyst

They promise a lot of things but they don't accomplish what they tell you.

Employee - Analyst

Work, work and work

Employee - Analyst

A good training firm.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

People are just numbers. They don't help employees to develop their career.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Results oriented work culture.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

High employee turnover ratio.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

At the lower level very diverse, but at the higher level no diversity at all.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

Pretty strong market repuration, but no under control on the inside.
