In Portugal there is no bonus for Senior Consultant roles due to the economic crisis. Before the crisis there was a small bonus around 5% if I recall.

In Portugal we work 1h per day for several months - usually winter, spring and autumn. Then these hours are converted in 12 days vacation - 5 in Christmas, 5 in easter and 2 in Carnival. I really loved these vacation times.
