Accenture has pretty clear statement of their core values, and clear processes to engage people in thsoe values. Our six core values are: Stewardship: Fulfilling our obligation of building a better, stronger and more durable company for future generations, protecting the Accenture brand, meeting our commitments to stakeholders, acting with an owner mentality, developing our people and helping improve communities and the global environment. Best People: Attracting, developing and retaining the best talent for our business, challenging our people, demonstrating a “can-do” attitude and fostering a collaborative and mutually supportive environment. Client Value Creation: Enabling clients to become high-performance businesses and creating long-term relationships by being responsive and relevant and by consistently delivering value. One Global Network: Leveraging the power of global insight, relationships, collaboration and learning to deliver exceptional service to clients wherever they do business. Respect for the Individual: Valuing diversity and unique contributions, fostering a trusting, open and inclusive environment and treating each person in a manner that reflects Accenture’s values. Integrity: Being ethically unyielding, honest and inspiring trust by saying what we mean, matching our behaviors to our words and taking responsibility for our actions.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Very much focused on productive environment and collaboration, as well clear and transparent way of communication, knowledge sharing and talent development. It might say they care, but in fact they don't care about balanced work and private life.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
One of the best consulting firm.
Employee - Manager
global market reputation
Employee - Associate/Consultant
Great place to work in terms of colleagues. Also the company is very much interested in renewing itself. For instance, I feel very much at home at Accenture Strategy which separates itself from the other practices within Accenture. This practice hasn't existed a year ago.
Employee - Associate/Consultant
I'm proud to be part of Accenture strategy, but not Accenture as a whole.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
The open space concept and telecommuting lead to a culture of nobody knowing anyone in the office and constant weekly happy hours to "meet" your colleague.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Large organization with limitless opportunities if you create the network for yourself. Generous PTO which everyone takes advantage of.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
MBA one year tuition reimbursement for returning interns, signing bonus, 401k matching, stock options, end of year bonus
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Real atmosphere of meritocracy and flexibility in creating your own network to accommodate your professional interests and preferences
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Likening consulting firms to tech companies, I would say McKinsey is Microsoft, Bain is Google, BCG is Apple, and Accenture is Yahoo - they are a recognized name but are still trying to figure out and reassert where they fit in the market of consulting and strategy consulting specifically.
Employee - Associate/Consultant
Best company I ever worked for b/c of the diversity
