Not a great place to work long term if you are a woman

Strong management consulting and implementation
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Culture instills career building, teamwork, industry competencies, soft skills building and many others. Regarding travelling, my answer was 0 per week because I used to travel abroad for more then 4 weeks out.
Employee - Manager
It can be a good place to gain experience.
Employee - Manager
It was a very strong culture. Generally, many employees had been hired right out of college. It tried to increase the number of "experienced hires" that were recruited. A greater balance of the two types of employee would have improved company culture.
Employee - Manager
I think the market reputation is still strong.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Culture encourages efficiency, being respectful but hard (excellence).
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The employee performance management is the key in this company and every employee might not be in the top 10 or 15%. So if you are not among the top 15%, there is no job safety in this company

Accenture is the place if you are looking for a firm with a large breadth of services, international reach, and top notch technical chops. It's probably unrivaled. If you are looking to do pure business or strategy...other firms have better reputations and talent.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Talent and hardwork is rewarded, but like most consulting firms, finding a mentor in the MD ranks is critical for long term success.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Well known for technologists, not as well recognized in other practice areas.
Employee - Manager
Very sharp, impressive people. Accenture is also very employee-friendly, relatively speaking, through policies and management behavior. They are also aggressive - they play like a winning team.
Employee - Manager
Great subject matter expertise, excellent customer relationship/selling skills. Very approachable and collaborative with employees. High expectations, but lead by example.

Comp. is regionally based - the same job in NYC will pay more than Tampa, for example.
