I like the confident, positive, "just do it" culture. There is an emphasis on doing what is right without waiting for permission. Work expectations are very high, but fair - and leadership does what it can to provide informal rewards, like paid-for dinners and nice hotels. They also don't scrimp on expenses - it does not appear to be a primary focus (as in my past experiences).

The company has got a very good work culture, but now a days more senior resources are brought in from other companies and rather than adapting Accenture culture, they bring their previous company work culture.

Accenture is a very demanding work place. It is also a difficult culture to assimilate to. Base pay is not competitive to other Consulting Firms.
