However, the new CEO sees everything as sales and politics. She is not concerned about building a strong presence in the community. She has constructed gigantic silos in which different divisions of the company operate. In an age of "boundary-less" corporate cultures, she constructed walls, floors, and ceilings 20 feet thick! All teamwork was demolished in favor of a "kiosk-like" operation that has no human heart or soul.
