Great culture - Work hard play hard. Monthly happy hours. Bi-annual offsites (Mykonos was the last one). Employees get to book all travel accommodations on their own credit cards, meaning we get to keep all of miles, credit card points, hotel points, car rental points etc. Daily exposure to senior management and partners.

The company's culture is fun, defined by a high commitment to quality and delivery, yet senior leadership has the care to ensure we experience the best of the consulting world. This has two facets. The first one is that we often rotate to different industries and work with many products. The second side of the coin is that we travel twice a year to a world-class destination as a company, shortening the distances among our three offices (NY, Stockholm, and Shanghai). Aside from it, our international scope tied with our small nature makes that there's no need for face-time before getting staffed in international projects. In fact, my first work trip with the firm was to Stockholm, to meet the steering project team before starting the engagement in Mexico City the following week.
