These trips are second to none and are so much fun. A small sample of past offsite locations include Mykonos, Shanghai, Panama, Moscow, Aruba and Austin, Texas where we attended a Texas-Baylor football game. AVG also offers incredible benefits to our employees. Four weeks of vacation, a platinum level medical plan, dental, vision, and life/AD&D, all 100% employer paid. We also offer 401(k) and pension plans. The pension plan really needs to be emphasized. The plan kicks in after one year of employment and over the next three years goes from 2% to 4% to 12%.
