The culture at A.T. Kearney is unique and more conducive to a good working environment.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Motivated. Aggressive.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
You need to be comfortable with the travel and hours, but within those constraints it's a reasonable good firm to work for.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
A.T. Kearney is a great place to learn a lot in the field of operations. The projects are very interesting and every consultant is challenged. It is also a collegiate environment and not super competitive. There is not "up or out" after 2 years. Everyone is at their own pace.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
A.T. Kearney has a very specific "Vision 2020" that we work toward as a goal. Leadership embodies this vision through annual targets.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Competitive base salary + target 20% bonus at associate level. Then you add base + bonus and get 10% discretionary profit sharing if the firm does well. This means that 10% of (salary + bonus) gets dropped into your 401K. However vesting limits apply.

A.T. Kearney throws one heck of a party at Christmas, summer picnic, and other off-site events (sometimes in tropical places). Also, I find the benefits (health, etc.) to be competitive
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
There is no room for ego - we are very collaborative and enjoy working together. There is little competition
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
A.T. Kearney is well-respected for operations, supply chain, and procurement. I am regularly contacted by recruiters for management roles in these functions
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Strong relations
Employee - Partner
It is badly managed. The leadership group is indecisive
Employee - Partner
Out of touch with the market and their clients
Employee - Partner
Very transparent at partnership level. All partners base compensation is the same
Employee - Partner
Collaborative
Employee - Partner
Market reputation bottom quartile
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
At least in the Western Europe office I was in, no leverage of the consultants know-how. Constultants are only sharp firepower.

Davos-level
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Very much aligned with other Tier-1 (McK, BCG)
