If you are under 35 you are very much encouraged to be in the fabric of the culture. If you are over 35 you are kept to the outer fringes. Senior Leadership does not address this and it has become a big source of discontent among many employees.

Good reputation built upon hiring quality people. However, the reputation is only as good as the people it retains; there has been a high degree, higher than industry standard turnover in the past 2 years. Zero growth in the last 12 months and 12% growth in the past 24 months.

I would recommend working here with reservations. Leadership needs to get on the same page. CEO makes promises and then Director does something different.

Despite increasing presence of women, still much of a boys' club culture. Despite the CEO being a family man who doesn't drink, the rest of the company drinks a lot. Required to go on annual trip (granted, to a nice tropical location), not as enjoyable when surrounded by drunk frat boys.
