It's fun. You get a lot of responsibility early on in your tenure. Very focused on your progression and offer a decent amount of training to help you progress. My one main big one is huge - the hours - however, this is something endemic to consulting and client services. Upfront they will tell you most people work 50-55 hour weeks. What they don't tell you is that people are regularly in here past 10pm, so the variability is high.

On friday's we end work at 4 and drink beer. We also have fun quarterly events. We also have events with just the analysts once a month. These are all really nice events and very fun. The last analyst event, only ~60% of people who wanted to go actually could go because of volume of project work.

ClearView calls itself "collegial," which means that when we have social events people drink a lot and do ridiculous things. Super fun if that is your ideal way of socializing.
