The culture is collaborative, non-competitive, and collegial. Each new hire is assigned a buddy (someone of the same level who has a year or so more experience) and a career coach (typically a manager, principal, or partner, depending on tenure). There are quarterly company events, as well as events for analysts and consultants. Co-workers frequently get together outside of work as well. Additionally, there is beer cart every Friday, Team Lunch every other Monday, and an annual trip to Cape Cod (Camp ClearView) as a company retreat. The firm is very well bonded.
