From what I've heard from friends at other healthcare consulting firms, ClearView's training program is by far the best and most extensive. There is an internal structure in place and emphasis placed on constructive feedback and professional development. The office culture is very collaborative, accepting, and fun. The compensation, health insurance, and vacation policies are fantastic. Overall it is a great place to work.
