I firmly believe ClearView is the best life sciences consulting firm in the industry, both in terms of our projectwork for clients as well as the foundation the firm provides for professional development. I have been given many professional development opportunities (e.g., engaging with clients, leading projects, etc.) above my tenure-level over the last several years at the firm that friends at comparable firms have not yet gotten exposure to. One difference between ClearView and similar firms is that people are promoted very quickly. ClearView hires with the expectation that people will become leaders within the firm. As you progress through career stages, pay increases quickly. Bonuses are incredibly generous and can be significant

People are incredibly approachable. It is common to send out emails to all of the consultants and analysts asking if someone has worked on a specific area and talk with them about that area for an hour to get up to speed

Not only is ClearView a great place to work because of the corporate culture (i.e., collegiate atmosphere, exceptional talent, personal growth/development focused), but also because of the amazing exposure employees have to not only clients but also the industry as a whole. During my time here, I have been repeated handed responsibilities that encourage me to grow as a professional but also provide extraordinary experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers, physicians, key opinion leaders, and payers. In my experience, even new analysts are important contributors to projects and deliverables, because they are given the ability to play to their strengths in a team setting. Further, you absolutely can't beat the work-life balance!

I believe we are more than fairly compensated for our time, especially when it means we may be staying late at the office. In the event I need to work a late night, dinner and transportation home are one the company. This is true of any work hours put in outside of a traditional work week.
