ClearView provides fantastic training as a professional. Often employees are direct from undergraduate or graduate school, and as a result this can be the first professional setting in which they are functioning. Thus, it is the perfect situation to dramatically improve professionalism in all facets of work. If the goal is to find a job where you learn a lot, work with fantastic people, and be pushed to perform at a high level then ClearView is a great place to work. Additionally, the commitment to community within the firm is second-to-none. What results is a very strong culture with a lot of opportunities for socializing. People here are friends with their co-workers.

The camaraderie is the biggest thing, particularly among the new analyst classes. People start in cohorts at both levels (consultants/analysts) and tend to become friends with their peers. Second is just the commitment to culture, as there is a specific initiative called "Team Building" in which employees plan events for the staff like ping pong tournaments, manager events, and even "Camp ClearView". The culture ingrained in ClearView is work hard play hard and I do not see that changing anytime in the near future.

Signing bonus, base salary, year end bonus. The signing will be 5-10% of your base, and the year end will be 10-15% of your base salary.

The maternity/paternity policies are slightly better than the industry average. GYm memberships cannot be offered due to insurance reimbursement for it, and it is a place where people work on site so telecommuting is not always possible. WIth that being said, they are incredibly flexible with the time you are working. Additional benefits including incredible retreats, frequent cocktail hours and dinners, as well as free lunch at team meeting. Overall there are a huge number of perks offered to employees that keeps people pretty happy.

There is a work hard play hard mentality at ClearView. People are "stern but fair" in project work, but it doesn't prevent anyone from enjoying themselves and it really carries over to improve the office environment. In addition, it has a nerdy feel to it and I mean this in the best way possible. This adds to the collegial spirit and I believe prevents any sort of cut throat culture that may be present at other firms.
