Compensation is broken out into base salary and bonus. Bonus is not a % but a target number. Above and beyond work will result in an higher than target bonus. Base salary is organized in "bands" based on the career stage: analyst, consultant, engagement manager. Base salary will "step up" between career stages. In addition, a "step up" in bonus will also occur at the engagement manager promotion.
