It's an mature startup. Employees is are highly self-motivated on the work they do. They're always curious to learn more, and are self starters to get projects done.There is no micro-management. Everyone is collaborative across all teams, and someone will always help you find the answers you need. The company is very technical, and most people who work there have a technical mindset and the capacity to learn about it. Authenticity is big, you see what you get, and no-one is afraid to be themselves. There are no questions that can't be asked. Trust and openness is very important. We have a lot of creative thinkers who communicate well, and value customer experience and service.
