For most variable is a small percentage (10%) of the total component the bonus as such is very small, I had the opportunity to work within 2 unique verticals one very employee focused and recognized achievements with a fat bonus with well defined milestones, the other very unstructured where despite being successful at all engagements and securing new business one was never recogonized
