Employee - Manager
A mix with no uniform organizational flavor of its own, worked in two groups one that always meets its targets and rewards individuals fairly i.e. managers can be called leaders the other group they are just people who never live to the most basic expectations of the employee or the customer but both managers are tolerated and the other stakeholders bear the brunt

Organization bases the same on performance but there are very subjective and weak policies and performance management is never accurate - normally groups that have a good leadership is able to be fair and others devious pocketing the incentives for themselves to passing it on to a few like a kind of arrangement
Employee - Manager
multiple organization within a organization rigid structure with unwritten rules that can change groups exist with good individuals where one feels empowered to work while in others there is a feeling of being manipulated
Employee - Manager
Worked for 2 groups with very different cultures first for a group which I would hardly call professional or ethical and then for a group that I would say were leaders in all aspects of business - be careful of which group and whom you get to work before you join
Employee - Manager
There are multiple stakeholders and they do well in keeping the customer who is a primary stakeholder happy the others are probability very low on the pecking order except shareholders who come next

Would change how men of European linage are third class citizens, after Indian nationals in India and US. Latinos and Asians not Indians, are fourth class. All Women and fifth and all Blacks are sixth.

Most people do not know what Cognizant is. They certainly do not know the start up I was with that was later acquired by Cognizant. Men of European linage are third class citizens, after Indian nationals in India and US. Latinos and Asians not Indians, are fourth class. All Women and fifth and all Blacks are sixth. The question was whether management was "strong." Yes, they are very effective operating an organization with the wrong attitudes and tactics.

There are no set goals. Managers and Directors keep taking you for a ride. Not a place for building new ideas.
