Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Has employee friendly HR policies. But too much rely on managers for performance and promotion. That's why most of the times those are biased.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

A company with growth and reputation.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

If given the chance to change anything, the promotion and performance rating should be based on HR criteria not should completely based on Manager

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

an industry leader

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

diverse culture

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

less travel

Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

We are small and therefore there are demands to do more than a set role, more responsibilities to ensure everything is done and done well.

Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

Young, hungry, willing to do whatever is necessary and appropriate to succeed.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Focused on results

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

High quality resources

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

They have a decent culture. However the overwhelming majority of employees are from one Indian state, which leads to uncomfortable work situations for others, such as use of local language in official conversations.

Employee - Director

The company is very hungry for business. Great on winning new opportunities. Early adopters of cutting edge technolgy, in terms of being able to provide them to their clients. As a result, solid brandname.

Employee - Director

Work culture can be descibed as dictatorial. Decisions come from the top. You need to look to please your management, otherwise you can't get ahead in your career. You need a Godfather in the senior leadership rank if you want to get promoted and get somewhere.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

There is a lack of direction. Center of mediocrity.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

It is an Indian company and a culture of mediocrity. An ivy leaguer that is smart and creative will not be happy here. They use you as a shiny toy for your pedigree

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Great place to work

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Decision making is decentralized. A lot of decisions are left at the level of project and engagement managers, including presales and sales decisions.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Although many benefits and autonomy, the management of resources, support of field associates and disregard of HR processes affecting associates over all well being, far outweigh the pay and learning opportunities.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Disengaged: although intelligent and visionary, they are completely unaware of internal gaps and disengaged from the broken processes and amount of talent that is lost and wasted due to the chaotic structure.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

A change I'd suggest is to raise salaries for employees. Work and opportunities to learn are immense. However, they don't pay well.
