Employee - Principal/VP/Director
It is an Indian company and a culture of mediocrity. An ivy leaguer that is smart and creative will not be happy here. They use you as a shiny toy for your pedigree
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Although many benefits and autonomy, the management of resources, support of field associates and disregard of HR processes affecting associates over all well being, far outweigh the pay and learning opportunities.

Employee - Director
Must be comfortable working virtually in a culturally diverse company. Workload can be very heavy at times. Expectations are high. Do your homework on the leadership within the organization you are joining. Business Units are largely autonomous, so a lot depends on the quality of leadership within the BU.
Employee - Director
Company always tries to do the right thing. Very committed to diversity (still needs some work at the senior levels). A lot of culture depends on organization within the company. My unit is very inclusive and respectful. Workload can be heavy.
