Employee - Vice President
Fantastic work assignments in a challenging environment. I was able to work internationally in multiple European markets and learn how to value various healthcare companies. I was able to use my multiple languages daily.
Employee - Vice President
Like most investment banks, work is expected pretty much 24-7. That said, I learned a tremendous amount but at a certain point with two children, I wanted to see my family sometimes. I was sorry to leave the environment of some very exciting deals and smart colleagues but there was no way to really have that type of work (M&A) and some reasonable family time.
Employee - Senior Vice President
Territorial. Managing directors were most concerned with maximizing their bonus as opposed to building core systems or employee development for the long term.
Employee - Senior Vice President
Managing directors do not want you to disagree with them.
Employee - Senior Vice President
Culture was very territorial. Every person out for themselves as opposed to a team approach.
Employee - Vice President
Needs improved Systems and bureaucracy
Employee - Associate
like in every investment bank -- man-culture dominated, aggressive but still a nice place to work.
Employee - Vice President
company should have decision making at leadership levels - less matrix
Employee - Vice President
Will get you to other investment banks - job offers easily
Employee - Vice President
Nice pay- flexible work life balance

Good place to work. But it seems that the company does not adopt meritocracy. More relies on number of years of experience and so on in promotions rather than on recognising potential which is observed in other investment banks.
Employee - Vice President
Stiff and bureaucratic, but not as bad I think as a larger place like Citigroup.
Employee - Associate
I would change the culture and behavior of mid level employees (associates and VPs)
Employee - Associate
the company has a pushy and superficial culture; the client has to be at the centre of the service.
Employee - Associate
corporate finance, deal structuring and negotiations, knowledge in macroeconomics are important to know in the company
Employee - Managing Director
Too boys team
Employee - Associate
Collaborative culture
Employee - Associate
Opportunity to grow professionally and easy to network.
Employee - Associate
If given the chance, I would have more integration of the support teams
Employee - Vice President
Management style needs improvement
