Deloitte's culture is primarily for caucasian males to succeed. It is very hard for a person of color to succeed. To make it even worse, they actually took away the affinity groups that various communities used to enjoy within the firm. Deloitte's culture is a very ambiguous and cut-throat culture.

Extremely top heavy when it comes to good resources - the hiring/retention strategy off late has gone for a toss leading to a poor mid-management base (bothin terms of quality and attitude). We could literally see the cultural shift infront of our own eyes within a very short span of time.
