Employee - Manager
Seems to have a positive reputation in the market and in social media. Some criticisms from former employees about the workload but that's the nature of the business.

Accessible.. Set high expectations
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Leadership fails in allowing overachievers to be used and thrown away, not rewarded for successes that they have earned and rewarded those managers and senior managers who have used consultants and senior consultants to make themselves look good. It's terrible.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
I was ranked a 1/2. I had a serious issue that occurred on my last project at the end of the fiscal year do to a medical condition. I received a terrible rating for the entire year and received no bonus.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
They exist but who they are, what their strategy and long term vision is, and how we, as employees fit in it has never been clear.

Culture is to make money. Deloitte doesn't mind and sometime promote you committing unethical actions to bring in more business and more money
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
The culture is pretty much each man for himself. Helping someone out means he/she might beat you at the year end rating and cost you your bonus or promotion. Getting hired is the easy part; trying to get placed in a project is the hard part. You literally have to hand your resume over to the project manager and pitch why you'd be a good fit for the team. For your first 2 years as a Sr consultant you'll be taking notes and making PowerPoints look pretty for the Sr manager.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
They know the business. Have lots of experience in the industry
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Base salary, year end bonus based on individual results and rating vs peers. Plus benefits
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Each man for himself. They all believe they are perfect. Mistakes are unacceptable
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
From the outside they have a good reputation, but knowing how they work I would not hire them as my consultants.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Poorly disguised pyramid scheme
Employee - Manager
More operations than strategy
Employee - Analyst
You are salaried but they gradually increase the number f hours required per week (up to 60+ hours per week)
