FTI recently changed its maternity benefits so that you got paid for 3 months and could take 6 months with job protection. Given there are very few women at the company (and few in a position to afford to take 6 months), I would guess its not used that often. But there is no conversation about flex time or adjusting your schedule after leave. There is no work-life balance at FTI and no attempt to hide that.

There is no company culture at FTI. There are a bunch of different groups that were acquired by FTI and each has maintained its own culture and its own set of rules. The company has not been able to execute on its "one brand". Just take a look at Compass Lexecon.
