Employee - Analyst

The culture is very performance driven and there were really high expectations.

Employee - Analyst

Important to know before working here is that they have high expectations but that will make you a stronger performer and better at your job.

Employee - Analyst

I would enable better opportunities to move to different departments.

Employee - Vice President

Culture evolved a lot for the worst.

Employee - Vice President

Great place to learn

Employee - Associate

Employee was given ample flexibility in terms of working hours, work from home etc., csr is high and team building activities are prevalent

Employee - Associate

Similar to other investment banks

Employee - Associate

Wish there was Inter departmental movement flexibility

Employee - Vice President

Strongly driven by fact that it survived great recession of 2008-09 and it has added huge ego. Its now like" what we do is the only right thing"

Employee - Vice President

One has to sacrifice lot of personal time and do mindless work. The system of appraisal is the biggest flaw as all time one has worry not to antagonise others else your reviews will be affected and you will loose bonus

Employee - Vice President

Would change Corporate Arrogance and huge superiority complex

Employee - Associate

Flat structure but political for best opportunities

Employee - Associate

This firm has long hours

Employee - Associate

Would change hours & politics

Employee - Associate

Culture is very intense

Employee - Associate

Challenge working here especially being a woman

Employee - Vice President

Not customer oriented type of company.

Employee - Vice President

this place has a culture of hiring smart young out of college recruits and grow them. however the retention of bright talent is less that 10% in new hire space after 5 years. also with the current downtrends in hiring in finance space.. i would generally suggest all new college recruits to work in non-financial sector in coming years. a mixed message here

Employee - Vice President

it a place to work when you begin your career. not recommended for experienced (10+year) professionals. branch out on your own with the experience to startups or other innovative firms

Employee - Associate

Senior management wants their staff to bring value and encourages ideas that can benefit the firm. I was able to take and was encouraged to participate in several of their class offerings.
