Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Is currently struggling. With so many newly unemployed individuals going to other firms, I could see this getting worse before it gets better.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Immature, unprepared management. Poor management of resources. Project budget more important than client satisfaction.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Hitachi Management Consulting was a very bad professional experience. Poor analysis work followed by poor implementation work. They say they have global footprint but, in reality if it goes above budge the client will not get that benefit. Very immature VPs mess up with the fantastic Celerant Consulting legacy.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Hitachi Management Consulting has been most of it discontinued.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Poor leadership, has not defined their place in the market, low pay, difficulty keeping best people. Difficult relationship with their parent company - Hitachi.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Not very creative, really just wants to sell Hitachi Consulting. Not focused on pleasing customers just focused on bottom line.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Generally compensation is poor compared to other SI firms. They cannot keep their best people. Too many senior leaders with big titles but just waiting for retirement. Many came over from Andersen and are burned out.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Not a great culture. Has acquired several firms and has not integrated them well. Many people work as contractors and have no sense of company culture. Lots of off shore resources used.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Hitachi is a big name but people in the consulting industry know Hitachi Consulting is a wantabe. They consistently have projects that go over budget and clients are not all that happy.
