I would recommend IBM GBS with the comment that it's a large organization and the employee experience is not homogeneous. People need to find the right fit. IBM GBS varies in it's capabilities and maturity around the world. I expect that people who primarily provide expertise have a different experience than people who primarily have sales responsibilities.
