24/7 requirement 7 days/week to keep us. Demanding but pays well. Personal dignity and diversity valued. Problem with lack of harmonization horizontally across organization. Turf and silo issues challenge alignment of all resources to customer need. Little/ no appreciation of need for soft skills. Very short term sales/engineering IT driven.
