Results oriented. Acknowledges performance openly, however, slow to reward monetarily or through promotion. Was considered in top 1% (1 of 300, out 30,000) consultants, rated a level 1 employee, however, never was asked about career path or given an option to be in management.

Well respected. Won a couple of jobs, just because it was "IBM." One one job, myself and my team walked into a company, and we heard the whispers, "IBM is here, IBM is here." It was a proud moment for us. Even more so as we delivered above their expectations.

Too diverse - EVERY person has a different dialect of English... TOO many mistakes. As a Sr PM the PMO believe they are the best but they make so many mistakes and are not experienced enough. They do not know how to do their job.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director
I think IBM has a unique value proposition as a consulting organization that has viable technology and research business lines. You get the opportunity to see and accelerate real technology innovation.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Diversity in terms of race, sex, age, geography, religion. IBM has a long tradition of commitment to being a truly global organization. Over the past 10 years however, there has been an erosion of trust that is driven by a Qtr/Qtr performance pressure... and that has had a negative impact on the overall culture.
