Former Employee - Manager
Now that I am on the client side, I've heard from many peers that IBM seems to send their B team to projects...until the clients complain. It's only then that you get decent consultants.

Former Employee - Manager
There was no sense of community on the projects. This is a shame since it made being on the road miserable.

Former Employee - Manager
The highly matrixed organization makes it tough to understand who does what and who reports to who. The performance management and promotion process is so clunky it's easier to jump to another firm for a higher level role than to wait in line for a promotion opportunity.

Business casual, but focused on getting the job done. Bureaucracy tends to bog down swiftness of action.

My organization was very siloed. My organization had a small number of large projects, whose employees could not be interchanged.
