Former Employee - Principal/VP/Director
(1) The community of consultants was very accepting, (2) communication was difficult due to word usage and definitional differences, (3) little value placed on the ease of use of back office systems, (4) executives often acted in their own best interests instead of the best interests of Infosys, (5) very strong work ethic

Former Employee - Principal/VP/Director
(1) They appeal to price buyers, which puts extraordinary pressure on employees to be efficient, (2) They do not change with the times.....woefully backward regarding digital;

I believe their reputation is mixed. The Business Consultancy received accolades. The Technical teams were a little less well regarded

Former Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Travel & expense rules are byzantine & eat personal time for compliance. Finance people were compensated for denying expenses. Each consultant is required to constantly advertise internally for projects (no system nor list existed). Sr Partner capriciously downgraded employee evaluations.

Former Employee - Principal/VP/Director
A mid tier Indian consulting organization.

Former Employee - Principal/VP/Director
It was very patriarchial and you were expected to bow down and defer to Indian men in leadership positions. My voice was never heard.

Former Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Not very culturally sensitive to non-Indian populations.
2019-03-04
Current Employee - Associate/Consultant
Lots of career growth opportunities and the visibility of senior and mid management into futuristic technology pathways
2019-03-04
Current Employee - Associate/Consultant
They are diverse and value personal abilities and tech skills rather than focusing on hiring only locally.
2019-03-04
Current Employee - Associate/Consultant
They are well reputed and a well known global consulting firm
Employee - Manager
Infosys work culture is not well defined.
Employee - Manager
Poor market reputation.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Culture is disrespectful of personal time. Ill mannerisms and lack of American or western culture.
