Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The company pays well enough here in the US; however, there seems to be some discrimination against those who are 'on shore' (in the US) vs 'off shore' (in India) with respects to available training. If you are in India, you can get all the training you want. If you are in the US, you have to fight for every dollar of training and most times, if you want training, you have to pay for it yourself - non-reimbursed - and just write it off your taxes at the end of the year. The same thing goes for professional events such as Knowledge '16 for ServiceNow. ALL the people who went on the company dime were people who were Indian, most flew from India. Those who were American had to pay their own way if they chose to go.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Slow, negative, difficult to navigate company culture. Priority is always revenue, never employee benefit.
Employee - Analyst / Associate
Would change the company rules for H1B extensions and faster processing of visas
Employee - Analyst / Associate
Getting in is easy but growing in the company is difficult. Can be used as a boost for salary if someone possesses a green card or is a US Citizen
Employee - Analyst / Associate
Bureaucratic culture is encouraging a lot of politics.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Would suggest a change in growth policies.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Infosys lacks direction, and is stuck at a crossroads as to the future of IT Services. Support will be very very limited, and there will be major strategy adjustments every 3-6 months.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The multiple layers of bureaucracy, average pay levels, inability to provide adequate delivery capacity. That's what I would change.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Wish I could change the politics in play there.
Employee - Analyst / Associate
A company that has an Indian mentality and needs to better consider employee needs.
Employee - Analyst / Associate
HR policies and salary structure needs to be more clear and fair
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Infosys has highly skilled employees and high customer satisfaction.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Deep talent pool, customer first attitude, good team collaboration.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Skilled employees and good work ethics make this a good place to work. Drawback is reliance on offshore for HR / Senior Mgmt involvement.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
The culture used to very good. But with acquisitions there is a lot of cronyism going on. People who don't or won't participate in practice politics get side lined, no matter how good their job delivery.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Most serious and senior members left when the culture took a shift towards flattering your way up.
