I think that on a whole we all need to work on communicating better and staying organized, myself included. I love the teams here, but a lot of times we're all doing our own process, which is definitely a good thing, but then when we need to come together at the end of quarters it can be a challenge. I do like the new processes in place that should mitigate these situations, so we'll see how the rest of 2019 goes.
