Jabian doesn't take advanced degrees into consideration. Compensation is very low compared to other non-travel firms.
Employee - Manager
Good amount of PTO and opportunity to borrow an extra 40 hours if needed.
Employee - Manager
Very family friendly and fratty. About 60% of employees used to work together at Accenture.
Employee - Manager
Strong brand in Atlanta because of how much they spend on marketing (local commercials, event sponsorship, etc.) but weak everywhere else.
Employee - Manager
Great, supportive culture, fantastic relationship with clients and colleagues, and challenging work for our team to perform.
Employee - Manager
Collaborative, caring, knowledgeable, strategic
Employee - Manager
Our pay and our bill rates are too low for the caliber of people that we employ and the types of work that we perform.
Employee - Manager
Collaborative, supportive, tight-knit, family-like environment - what stands out most is any time I reach out for help for anything work or non-work related, nearly everyone offers to help out.
Employee - Manager
Our clients know us as individuals first, and the brand name second - in the Atlanta market, you could ask a different client that question and get a different answer depending on the type of work we do for them.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Good values, good people, interesting work.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Visionary, dedicated
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Consistent, large raises during annual review - but I believe that base is lower to start than at other comparable firms.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
We actually care about each other
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Ability to drive and manage career based on your passion and goals.
Employee - Manager
Great culture and although client work can vary from what we've done in the past, there's an innate appetite, appreciation, and motivation to get involved in other areas like recruiting, operations, etc.
Employee - Manager
Personally and relational tuned-in understanding of our clients needs although at times might maintain too much control of certain aspects of the business - not overly selective, but maybe too much of a tight, narrow focus
Employee - Manager
Bonus structure is simple, but lacks rigor and doesn't seem to adapt with business dynamics - eg. rarely increases, low relative to overall comp, employees have little to no influence on certain pieces. Company prides itself in offering strong health benefits and may be hindered by it's size to offer more supplemental options although the fact they are not there leads the question - what is needed or how long until they are? Base comp is fair although certainly when you cast a view around the additive features to get an overall comp, there's not a good way to compare to other packages externally
Employee - Manager
Empathy and flexibility to manage personal matters
Employee - Manager
The genuine level of care, resourcefulness, and collaboration are what stick out most - an overlying emphasis that 'never too involved', 'start the conversation'
Employee - Manager
Still growing and gaining respect - poised to adapt and serve in more than the traditional service capacity(s)
