Very good and proud to have been a team of great professionals with the exception of Senior partner harassment.

Lack of culture, respect, and trust. They care about the partners not the people who create the dollars for them. What I witnessed was appalling.

I was one of the first female Project Managers in Consulting that was allowed a flexible schedule 36 hours. I could come and go as needed. My Senior Manager and Junior Partner were terrific. MY Managing Senior Partner 1985 for Finacisl Services was Misogynistic. He threatened me with sexual slurs.

Negative. People resent each other. People spied on each other regarding how much they worked. If you took a 20 minute break, you would hear about it. People would look at you if you took too many bathroom breaks or talked with people. Would get into a lot of trouble for talking with people. It was a good old boys club. Very exclusionary. Very sexist. Very demeaning. Very negative. People made accusations about others and how they were in terms of mental stability. A lot of name calling. Partners hated each other and used lower level people as pawns to get back at each other.
