Employee - Principal/VP/Director

1) depends on the personality. 2) depends on the role. Overall, KPMG has made great strides to become a leader in the strategic advisory market. The benefits are having access to global leverage, great clients, relatively sane colleagues, a culture of consensus in most countries, and a newfound desire to innovate the consulting solutions. So, yes, overall, I would recommend it, but not to someone looking for a loose, freethinking, small firm culture

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

Speaking for the Consulting side, leadership has worked out how to bring a more strategic vision into the firm, aiming to advise CEOs on, for example, strategy at major enterprises, while understanding how to harness the firm's strong sense of structure, process, compliance, and integrity. Furthermore they are advanced in working out a genuine strategy to execution framework, which clients are embracing.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director
