Every year we are classified in comparison with our peers, meaning there is s limited number of people that can get A rating, B rating and so on. Each rating will get a different bonus %, with A rating being equivalent to 15%-20% of annual compensation. Only 10% of employees can get top rating and 10% need to get bottom rating as well.
