I would recommend to people starting out their career (i.e., after their Bachelors or Masters). Not for MBAs without previous consulting background however. L.E.K. is just no good at integrating external hires. It'll be extremely painful to make the jump, and the "not an LEKer" tag on your forehead never really fades away.
