Aside from a few exceptions, most of the top people I've met have been close-minded, risk averse, un-creative. There's a lot of Partners who seem to forget that their mandate is to sell projects. They've got so much free time on their hands that they get fixated on minute things and make life impossible for those around them.

Its a small company yet very international with their global operations. It is possible to work in another international office for 6 months which is a great program for anyone interested to gain international experience. I recommend it also as the projects are typically short hence gives career starters a great insight into different industries without "being stuck" on a long term project in an industry that doesnt interest them
