Full of alpha males.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
It is a great company to start a career. It is a great company to build the middle of a career. I didn't choose to stay there forever though....
Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant
They seem to still be old school with men securing the majority of top management positions even though they profess to be equal opportunity. Same metrics apply for work standards, but pay is not equal. The communication between departments is conflicting. They have had numerous survey results indicating the same areas of concern, but they do not address them.
Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant
Male driven although that is not what they profess. Top management does not walk the talk. They say they want to hear concerns with meetings, surveys, town halls, but if someone voices a concern, it appears management considers it as a criticism and there is retribution towards the employee. Even hearing concerns from several departments regarding some issue, when no action is taken it certainly appears that management does not really care and it is all a show.
